About the RS50-960:

The RS50-960's design allows for easy loading of the tires or other materials into the hopper and immediately draws it into the cutting chamber, where coarse shredding and post-shredding are carried out in a single operation which starts the tire recycling process.

Granules too large to pass through the perforated screen are gripped by the main cutter's teeth and lifted back into the cutting teeth.
This is defined as the coarse-shredding portion of the recycling process.

When the coarse-shredded material is seized by the teeth of the secondary cutters, it is shredded once again. The material is then shredded a second time by the main cutter’s teeth.
This is defined as post-shredding.
